Custom signs could be expensive. Metal custom signs are even more expensive. We Lasers offers to its clients a variety of affordable finishes for plastic signs including metal looking finishes. On that sign we used brushed aluminum lamination on acrylic and it looks exactly like the aluminum sign.

Laser cutting a sign. One step in the process.
One of our specialties is making/manufacturing interior or exterior signs for different businesses. Mostly, laser cutting is just one step in the whole process. Lasers are very precise and relatively inexpensive tools for making a base pieces for your sign. In the pictures below is shown how we laser cut 1/2mdf sheets making a 2.5 in thick MTV sign. It starts with 6 identical shapes which we laser cut first. Next step will be gluing all six together to make a solid 2.5in thick shape.
